“The same things we’re afraid of, might improve us…”

About Me

One-Liner: I’m a creative instructional designer who builds performance-driven learning experiences that align people development with strategic business goals.

Six-Word Memoir: Created, analyzed, designed, evolved, empowered, built.

Fuel for This Work: An intrinsic drive to help people grow with clarity and confidence and a belief that well-designed learning can change trajectories, not just teach information.

My Experience: For more than a decade, I’ve been immersed in learning , studying it, facilitating it, analyzing it, and designing it. My career spans education, behavioral performance systems, media production, and corporate environments, where I developed strengths in analysis, structured design, visual storytelling, and measurable performance improvement. Before working in education, I gained experience in media and business-focused environments that sharpened my analytical thinking and creative execution. Today, I combine that foundation with instructional design strategy to create engaging, structured learning experiences that drive real-world results.
